Questions
What counts as a site?
A published site: one that is live on onpage.cloud or your own domain. Drafts and projects are unlimited. Unpublishing or deleting a site frees its place at once.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Without a plan you can publish 1 site free for 30 days from your first publish. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it goes offline. Nothing is deleted then; without a plan, the project is deleted 30 days later, and we warn you 7 days before.
What counts as a visit?
A visit is one person browsing your site: opening it and looking at a few pages. We count the requests Cloudflare serves for your site (pages, the images that ship with it, form and shop calls) and treat 8 requests as one visit, so the number is an estimate. All the sites on your account share one monthly allowance, and the count starts again on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I go over?
Your site stays online for a one-off busy month: we email you at 80% and at 100%, and nothing else happens. If you go over again the very next month, we email you 7 days' notice; after that your busiest site is paused until the 1st of the next month, unless you upgrade first. Nothing is deleted, upgrading lifts a pause at once, and we never charge automatically. On the free trial, the site is paused when the month's 3,000 visits are used up, until the 1st or until you choose a plan.
What happens to unused monthly credits?
Monthly plan credits last until your next renewal; the unused part does not roll over. Credits from one-time top-ups, welcome credits and AppSumo credits never expire, and plan credits are spent first.
What if I cancel or downgrade?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you then have more published sites than your plan allows, you have 7 days to choose which to keep. After that, the most recently published sites beyond the limit go offline. They are not deleted, and you can publish them again when you upgrade.
I'm an AppSumo member. What changes?
Your lifetime deal keeps its published sites until 31 December 2029: A1 = 1 site, A2 = 2, A3 = 3, A4 = 4, A5 = 5. Your AppSumo credits stay a one-time grant. A monthly plan adds its sites and monthly credits on top.
Can I get a refund?
Write to [email protected] and we'll help. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Who processes payments?
Gumroad is the merchant of record: it bills your plan monthly and sends your receipts. You can cancel any time from the receipt or from your account page.
I paid with a different email. What now?
Open your account page, choose "Redeem a purchase" and paste the license key from your Gumroad receipt. This works for one-time top-ups and for monthly plans: the plan, its sites and this month's credits are added to the account you are signed in to.
